At Toy Fair 2016, it’s clear that DC Collectibles has a heavy focus on their upcoming films, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad. While there are plenty of DC Comics, TV, and animation products also on the way (which we’ll have new images of for you shortly), the films were front-and-center.

The high-quality statues people expect from DC Collectibles are on their way, with the entire Suicide Squad line-up getting some incredible sculpts. The level of detail, from all the tattoos to the actual fishnet stockings on Harley and the tiny markings of scales on Croc and Deadshot’s interchangable head (which is still pending, but they’re hopeful on) show how much they care about the product.
They also debuted a brand-new line of action figures, called simply the “DC Films” line. Starting with figures from Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, and Suicide Squad, this marks the first time that DC Collectibles has directly made an action figure line from their films. The figures line-up size wise with the others in their Icons lines, so they won’t stick out like a sore thumb on your shelf. The plan is to only go forward with the current DC Cinematic Universe, so don’t expect them to reach into the archives (at least not for now). Please note, some of the facial sculpts on those figures aren’t finished.
