Cyril Pedrosa has sold the film rights to his 2008 French graphic novel, Three Shadows, to FIlmNation Entertainment, according to Variety.Three Shadows is a beautiful graphic novel that tells the story of a father who sees three shadows on a hilltop coming for his son. The father flees with the boy on a long journey to try to escape the shadowy personifications of death.Pedrosa is an animator who has worked on Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Hercules.Three Shadows received a Eisner-award nomination Best New Graphic Album.Three Shadows is the latest acquirement by FilmNation, who specializes in producing book adaptations.
