While there’s no signs that these guys will actually get the parts, it looks like a pair of actors are campaigning to sling rings in the Green Lantern Corps film.

That would be Lance Gross of Tyler Perry’s House of Payne and Crisis fame, who posted an image of the Green Lantern logo along with a piece of the oath and got fans talking…
…And Ricardo Segarra, a relative newcomer with a few indie films on his IMDb page.
An unverified Twitter account in Segarra’s name teased yesterday that he was DC Universe-bound, and a series of follow-ups with eager fans revealed him to be teasing a Green Lantern role.

@WMKING2425 I can not confirm or deny. But who wouldn’t want to be a Green Lantern?

Again, it cannot be emphasized enough that these are rumors at best and very possibly just some guys talking about gigs they hope to get one day.
Green Lantern is an obvious choice for this kind of targeting at this point; the character remains the only member of the Justice League lineup not yet cast, unless some additional, unexpected heroes make their way into the roster by the time Justice League Part One stars filming.
Popular rumors suggest that while the other members of the League will appear in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and carry over, Green Lantern will not appear until the third act of Justice League Part One and will play a significant role in that franchise’s second film, around the same time as the Green Lantern Corps movie arrives on the radar.
