Earlier today, Batman co-creator Bob Kane was given a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder, DC’s Co-Publisher Jim Lee, as well as Kane’s widow, Elizabeth Sanders were in attendance for the occasion. They even had a Batman costumer in the gray and black colors present, too.
“We all, every single one of us,” Snyder said to the crowd, “has a Batman…an imaginary Batman in our minds right now, lurking in the shadows. That’s just real and that’s just, in a lot of ways, Bob’s legacy. With 75 years of Batman, that’s what he’s given to all of us.”
