It's no secret that fans are loving Suicide Squad. The newest DC Comics' adaptation has got fans falling for its ragtag team of villains, and for many moviegoers, the film's highlight comes in Harley Quinn's relationship with the Joker. So, I guess it's a good thing Suicide Squad got R&B singer Kehlani to create the couple's anthem then,

Don't believe me? Take a look at the artist's brand-new music video for the sultry track "Gangsta."

The trippy video finds Kehlani acting like her own twisted version of Harley Quinn, and the singer easily pulls off the act. Fans first see Kehlani as she lies ON shattered glass, head propped up lazily with one hand while the other holds onto a baseball bat. The lyrics, "I need a gangster / to love me better / than all the others do," are heard lilting atop the gritty beat. As always, Kehlani's smooth voice pairs well with the song's flowing EDM sounds.

And, when the bass inevitably drops, everything gets joker wild.

With a single glance, fans should clearly see how Suicide Squad's cinematography influenced Kehlani's video. Of course, various film sequences are interspersed throughout the entire video, but Kehlani's original scenes mix in with the compilation seamlessly.

So far, fans are freaking out over the track much like they have for the rest of Suicide Squad's soundtrack. The newest single mirrors much of the film's softer, off-putting moments - and even director David Ayer has acknowledged how the track fits with Harley Quinn's dysfunctional relationship with the Joker. And, if you've seen the movie already, you might just recognize this song's beat as part of an orchestral score which was played during several of Harley's scenes with her Puddin'.

If you want to buy the track - which you probably do - it comes included with the Suicide Squad soundtrack. Featuring other artists like Skrillex and twenty one pilots, the film's soundtrack is wowing both fans and critics with its eclectic taste.
