Will Ronnie Raymond be back for good? Or will he just be making a cameo?

The answers are still unknown, but there is one certainty pertaining to the character. Ronnie is officially back on the set.

Amell tweeted out a picture on Thursday afternoon, featuring himself and Danielle Panabaker on The Flash set. The actress portrays Caitlin Snow, Amell’s former lover on the series. In the tweet, the actor referred to Panabaker as his ‘other wife’.

He also mentions being ‘back on set’, indicating that he’s preparing to film more scenes as Ronnie Raymond – aka Firestorm.

While up to this point in season 3, The Flash has dealt with the fallout of “Flashpoint,” an alternate timeline he created at the end of season 2, that’s taking a backseat in the second half of the season to Barry’s attempts to prevent the speed god Savitar from killing Iris West — something he saw when he accidentally traveled to the future. The second half of season 3 will also see another crossover with Supergirl – this one a musical crossover featuring the singing talents of stars Melissa Benoist and Grant Gustin, who both appeared on Glee before their superhero careers.

Supergirl airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT; The Flash on Tuesdays at the same time, followed by DC’s Legends of Tomorrow at 9 p.m.; Arrow on Wednesdays at 8.
