A League of Legends post that was forced to go live a bit earlier than planned confirmed that two new skins are coming for the hook-happy Blitzcrank, skins that complement each other while still being starkly different.

It started as just one skin, but much to the joy of Blitz mains, the project turned into a two-at-a-time project, the first of its kind in League. The two skins are called Lancer Paragon Blitzcrank and Lancer Rogue Blitzcrank, and as their names suggest, their differences revolve entirely around light and dark themes.
In a refreshing twist, these skins are actually serious cosmetics. Blitzcrank has plenty of goofy skins, but he lacked more intense options. These new skins certainly fit that bill while remaining intertwined with each other but still different enough to allow players to buy both without feeling too guilty
Lancer Paragon and Lancer Rogue
When designing the skins, the team built them around Blitzrank’s core identity: His hook. Whether it’s from the shining white hook of Lancer Paragon or the grisly black and red hook from Lancer Rogue, you’ll certainly know when you’re hit by one of these hooks.
The skins share some similarities in-game as seen in their models above and below, but they still carry distinct differences to make them unique, according to the designers. Both have their own set of visual and sound effects as well as recall animations to fit with the theme while some features such as animations remain similar. The splash art decided on for the skins also shows a balance โ or perhaps it’s a struggle โ between the two Blitzcrank identities, an innovative splash that’s quite unique among other skin splashes.
These two Blitzcrank skins haven’t hit the PBE yet, so it’ll be a while before they’re available, but they’re currently priced at 1350 RP each with a bundle coming to get them both at just 1820 RP.
