Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Expansion Trailer Shows Ultra Instinct Goku and Jiren in Action

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 gets even better today with a pretty massive new expansion! Extra Pack #2 is on the way, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 players will be able to download it on February 28 for only $16.99. This morning Bandai Namco revealed the Extra Pack #2 launch trailer, which finally shows off Ultra Instinct Goku in action, along with a diverse cast of new characters who will be hitting the Xenoverse 2 roster when this expansion goes live! Did you catch all of that?! In addition to Ultra Instinct Goku, Extra Pack #2 will also introduce Jiren, Android 17 (from DB Super), and the mysterious Fu as playable characters. Fu especially looks like a fun character to play. Instead of the typical ranged ki blasts, it looks like Fu will be able to project different types of traps to force his opponents out of their normal modes of approach and attack. "Players will also be treated to additional customization options, quests, and skills including: new outfits, five new parallel quests, eight new skills, and eight new super souls."

All of this new content will be coming to all versions of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. No matter where you're playing -- PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, or Nintendo Switch -- you'll be able to buy and download this huge expansion on February 28. Don't worry, you don't have long to wait! Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Extra Pack #2 launches next Wednesday. If you're new to the game, that gives you plenty of time to create a new character and break into this incredible canon-spanning universe.
