'Tis the season for long commutes, weird reunions, and tons of waiting for the centerpiece meal of our holiday gatherings, which are all great reasons to stock up on games in order to pass the time. Thankfully, Nintendo has you covered with an eShop flash sale that's packed with gems. There's a little something for everyone, from the JRPG strategist to the nostalgic fan who grew up with Super Mario, Donkey Kong, and Star Fox.

The sale has a little bit of variety for players on each platform, including the 3DS, Wii U, and the Nintendo Switch.

Some of the classic titles fans can expect include Castlevania and Castlevania 3: Dracula's Curse, both available on the 3DS for only $2.49. The iconic Breath of Fire, also available for 3DS, costs only a few quarters more at $3.99.

For the previously-mentioned strategy lovers, the sale is offering up several different titles, including Disgaea 5 Complete on the Nintendo Switch for $49.99, ten bucks less than its usual going price, and the gorgeous Bravely Default for $27.99 on the 3DS.

Mystery lovers who somehow missed out on the hype for the Phoenix Wright/Ace Attorney franchise are in luck, too, because two of the best titles from the series roster are now available for under $20 on the 3DS: Spirit of Justice and Dual Destinies. Speaking of Franchises, entries from Final Fantasy dot the list (Final Fantasy Explorers and Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call, both on the 3DS for $19.99),

A handful of Super Mario Titles dot the list, including Paper Mario: Sticker Star for $27.99, Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure for $4.49, and Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move for $4.99, all on the 3DS. If you love staples of Nintendo history, Star Fox 64 3D is available for only $19.99 on the 3DS.

You can check out the full list of games available here, but hurry -- according to Nintendo, this offer only lasts until December 11th.
