A leaked memo from Electronic Arts promises some interesting announcements for Nintendo fans. With a new Nintendo Direct slated for January, it boasts exciting news on the way as well as Fe's arrival to the hybrid console!
The EA memo that has found its way onto the web shows some interesting information, but the glaring focal point was that there is a huge Nintendo Direct planned for January. With a lot of talk of Pokemon finally making its way to the Nintendo Switch, speculation on what could be revealed is abound. This will be the first Nintendo conference of 2018, the perfect time to set the tone for the new year with fresh announcements, and exciting reveals.
In the highlighted points of the leak, there will be an upcoming Switch trailer for Fe, hands-on previews, in-depth interviews with the developing team, a February release date, and more.
Fe is a wonderful Legend of Zelda-like title that's vibrantly coloured environments and charming gameplay offers a stunning experience. That it's coming to the latest console from the Big N is amazing. The game itself has received high praise and will work wonderfully with the Switch's unique console design. The game itself does not have a release date yet, though it is slated for an early 2018 window. Check out the trailer below to see it for yourself:
For more on Fe and what the game offers for the Nintendo Switch:
Fe is a new type of platform adventure where the story is up to you to discover, without handholding, told wordlessly through the discoveries you make during gameplay. At the heart of the experience is a tactile, analogue song mechanic that allows you to communicate and speak to every living thing in the forest.
Learn a diverse array of animal cries that allow you to befriend or manipulate any creature - even plants. Have birds guide you, bears fight for you and have plants grow berries that help you overcome the Silent Ones.
Climb, glide and dig your way through a dark Nordic forest and explore its living, breathing ecosystem filled with secrets, side quests and mystical creatures. Become Fe and discover a world that you will never want to leave."
Currently Fe is slated for a February 2018 release for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.0comments
