5 Most Brutal Moments Of The New Logan Trailer

The second trailer for Logan has finally debuted, and fans have instantly fallen in love with X-23. Not only did the young girl steal the show, but she proved that Wolverine isn’t the only badass in the X-Men movies.

From start to finish, this trailer was violent, brutal, thrilling – everything we’d been asking for for years. James Mangold looks to have created a brilliant movie, and March 3 can’t come any sooner.

We’re sure the next couple of weeks will be spent watching this trailer on repeat, so we thought we’d break down some of it’s best moments.

Well, at least the most brutal ones.

Wolverine & X-23 In The Woods

Both Logan and X-23 were total badasses in this trailer, and this scene was the icing on the cake.

Not only did Logan do his famous leap at an enemy, but X-23 jumped off his back to do the exact same thing. It ended poorly for the bad guys, but showed just how alike the two characters are.

Death Of Wolverine?

One frame of this trailer wasn’t just brutal in the bloody sense, but it tore up your emotions of you’re a fan of Wolverine.

In the woods, the hands of Logan and X-23 are seen holding each other. Logan looks beaten and bloody, almost at the end of his rope.

Could this be the death of Wolverine?

Throat Slash

X-23 debuting her claws was priceless, but it’s how she used them that grabbed everyone’s attention. 

While fighting the mercenaries outside of the factory, the little girl went completely haywire, slaying a group of grown men.

To start the party, she slashed straight through one of their throats, causing all of us to cringe with excitement.

Logan Snapping At Charles

Charles and Logan have always had an interesting relationship, but the old man has always been someone Wolverine has respected.

As Logan’s getting out of the car, he snaps back at Charles, leaving him behind.

This will bring a tear to the eye of X-Men fans, as the realize it’s the beginning of the end for both legendary heroes.

X-23’s Flip Attack

Seriously, nothing in this trailer was as epic – or as brutal – as watching X-23 flip into action.

Literally.

The little girl did a full flip in the air, and landed with her claws in the neck of one of her attackers. She took him down with the greatest of ease, and put fear into the hearts of everyone else around.
