Jessica Henwick is getting back into Daughter of the Dragon fighting form for the upcoming second season of Marvel's Iron Fist on Netflix.

Henwick, who plays Colleen Wing, posted a video on Instagram showing some of the training she's doing for her return to the role.

Check it out below:

"Month 1 of getting back into shape for Iron Fist," Henwick wrote in her status. "The internal monologue: Ouch. This would be much easier if I'd just kept up training after S1. WHY DIDN'T I KEEP TRAINING. Eff this I'm calling my agent. You know what... I enjoy feeling stronger...But I've got a long way to go."

Henwick's Colleen Wing became the closest ally and the lover of Iron Fist (Finn Jones). Though she was later revealed to be a member of the Hand, Wing turned on her former master and helped Iron Fist defeat the evil ninja clan.

At the end of the first season of Iron Fist, Wing and Iron Fist left to visit K'un L'un only to find the city destroyed. They returned to New York City and joined Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Jessica Jones in stopping the Hand's plans for New York City in Marvel's The Defenders.

In Marvel's The Defenders, Colleen Wing met her Daughters of the Dragon partner, Misty Knight, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the first time. Wing's former master, Bokuto, also cut off Misty's arm. Wing killed Bokuto, and now Misty has a bionic arm.

Simone Missick, who plays Misty Knight, was announced as a new supporting character in the second season of Iron Fist, perhaps suggesting that the Daughters of the Dragon will officially form then. Before Iron Fist Season Two, the Iron Fist will return in the second season of Marvel's Luke Cage, teaming up with his Heroes for Hire partner, and bringing this family of street-level Marvel Comics characters even closer.

Marvel's Iron Fist Season Two was announced in July, despite the mostly negative response to the show's first season. Filming is expected to begin before the end of 2017.

Before Marvel's Iron Fist Season Two, Marvel Television and Netflix will release Marvel's The Punisher, the second season of Marvel's Jessica Jones, the second season of Marvel's Luke Cage, and the third season of Marvel's Daredevil.
