Marvel Heroes 2016 released a new trailer Thursday showing off the two newest team-up characters for the game. The popular massively multiplayer online action-RPG features a massive roster of playable characters and team-up heroes that can be called into action for a little extra assistance. This newest update adds Kamala Khan, Ms. Marvel, and Miles Morales, Spider-Man to the fray as team-up heroes, complete with their own custom animations and voiceover.

Both of these legacy heroes have had a good year, as Miles came into the main Marvel Universe and both of the young heroes joined the Avengers. They’re notable as legacy heroes who have gained their own large fandom, but also for the diversity they bring to the Marvel Comics (and now Marvel Heroes) lineup. Khan, a Pakistani-American, is from a devout Muslim family. Morales is a half-black, half-Puerto Rican character, as well.
Both character have also crossed into animation in the last year and change, with Morales appearing on the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon, and Khan showing up just in the last month on Avengers Assemble.
They move from an Avengers team to the new Champions team later this year, after the current Civil War II comicbook crossover is over.
