This past weekend, Universo X-Men attended the 20th Century Fox panel at Brazil's CCXP convention, and they watched a clip from Hugh Jackman's final Wolverine solo film, Logan, and provided a description of what was shown.

If you'll remember, in the trailer there were shots of a happy moment in which Logan, Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart), and Laura (Dafne Keen) — who is presumably, X-23, the female clone of Wolverine — are sitting around a table with smiles on their faces. The clip shown at CCXP picks up there and reveals that a family invited the trio of mutants, who are on the run, to a nice family dinner.

"When questioned about their true intentions for being on the road, Xavier and Logan give different responses, in comedic fashion," Universo X-Men explains (translated to English by x-menfilms). "Laura is described as acting wild, eating dinner with her hands and no silverware. Logan tries to teach her how to eat and there's a sense of a father-daughter type relationship between them. Logan then tells the family that Xavier used to be a school principal. Xavier expands on this, calling it a "school for students with special needs." He says that Logan was also at this school."

The film stars Hugh Jackman (X-Men: Days of Future Past) as Logan/Wolverine and Patrick Stewart (Star Trek: The Next Generation) as Charles Xavier/Professor X. The cast also includes Boyd Holbrook (Gone Girl), Richard E. Grant (Game of Thrones), Stephen Merchant (Movie 43), Eriq La Salle (ER), Elise Neal (Scream 2), Elizabeth Rodriguez (Orange is the New Black), and Dafne Keen (The Refugees).

The film is being directed by James Mangold (The Wolverine), based on a script by Michael Green (American Gods) and David James Kelly (Mind Mgmt).
