A new clip shows what fans who ride the “Star Tours” ride at Walt Disney World and Disneyland starting this December can expect, as the Starspeeder 1000 makes its first stops on Jakku, the new added planet destination from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The clip shows the Starspeeder following the Millennium Falcon through the wreckage of the Battle of Jakku, with new First Order TIE-fighters chasing it.

The attraction will officially add Jakku starting December 1, 2015 at Disney’s Hollywood studios (Disney did not announce whether it would launch the same day at Disneyland), along with the official launch of Star Wars Launch Bay, featuring Chewbacca and Darth Vader walking around. The “Star Wars: Path of the Jedi” attraction will feature scenes from “the complete Star Wars saga,” acting as a primer guide to the franchise. Finally, Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple will also open early December, with an all-new experience featuring both Darth Vader and the Seventh Sister, the new female inquisitor from Star Wars Rebels.
Disney also announced, officially, that “Star Wars Weekends” has been suspended due to construction on Star Wars Land beginning early 2016. That had been hinted at back at D23 when they announced the “Season of the Force” events that would supplant the weekends.
