When director Zack Snyder gave fanboy Kevin Smith a sneak peek glimpse of the Ben Affleck's Batman suit, Smith was very impressed to say the least. In describing the moment, Smith said, "I'm like 'Oh, my god! That's the suit. The suit looks amazing, man. What did you get people to model it?' He goes, 'That's your boy.' And I look closely, and it's Ben Affleck wearing the suit. The suit is not mine to spill in terms of what it looks like. You'll see it. They'll tell you when they want you to know. But any Batman fan is going to be ****ing pleased. I'm going to tell you that right now." Affleck's wife Jennifer Garner has also seen Affleck in the suit. Garner said, "I've seen the suit. The suit is unbelievably cool. It's a total reinvention. It looks great." It turns out that Smith and Garner aren't the only celebrities to get a look at an advance look at Ben Affleck as Batman. In an interview with MTV, Matt Damon professed to having seen a photo as well, and he seems to agree with Smith and Garner. "I've seen a picture," Damon said. "I have seen a picture. It's excellent. And I've talked to him about the story line, and it's great." And based on hearing about the story line, what does Damon think? "Look, I've known him for thirty-something years," Damon added. "I'd be the first guy being like, 'Buddy, what are you doing?' But I think the movie is going to be great." Batman Vs. Superman is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on May 6, 2016.
