In an question and answer session on Twitter, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson answered fan questions about various past and upcoming movie roles. Probably most surprising is that The Rock revealed that he was offered the Transformer 4 role that ultimately went to his Pain & Gain co-star Mark Wahlberg. The Rock tweeted, "Michael Bay offered me Transformers, but I was unavailable due to Hercules. Then Wahlberg was offered the role." The Rock also revealed that he has plans to team up again with Mark Wahlberg soon and commented on Fast & Furious 7. The Rock tweeted, "After Hercules, I'll partner up w/ Wahlberg - cool HBO project, then possibly FAST 7 - haven't decided yet on that." Universal recently announced that Fast & Furious 7 would have a July 18, 2014 release date.
