The first teaser trailer for J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: The Force Awaken only featured the fresh young newcomers to the franchise like Oscar Isaac's 'Poe Dameron,' Daisy Ridley's 'Rey,' and John Boyega's 'Finn.' It was noticeably missing key characters from the original trilogy, but according to sources for Latino-Review that won't be the case when the second teaser trailer arrives with Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age Of Ultron. They say it will give us our first look at Luke, Han, Leia, and Chewbacca.

Germain Lussier of Slash Film, was actually the first person to report that the second Star Wars VII trailer would be attached to Avengers 2, but his sources have informed him that Han, Luke and Leia will not appear in the trailer. "We SPECIFICALLY heard the original cast WON'T be featured in the marketing," Lussier tweeted. "I heard they want to keep their roles a surprise, and the series isn't about them anymore."

The information we have heard from our sources at comicbook.com is essentially in line with what Lussier has said above. We'll see how it all pans out in May.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives in theaters December 18, 2015.
