Arrow: First Look At Felicity Smoak's Mom

Whether you're rooting for Barry or Oliver in the great Felicity Smoak Shipper Wars (™), whoever she dates will have to deal with her mom.

That would be NYPD Blue alum Charlotte Ross, who appears on Wednesday's episode of the series, titled "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak."

Nolan Funk will also guest star as Felicity's ex-boyfriend, while JR Ramirez shows up as Wildcat, training Laurel.

Michael Schultz, who directed Car WashThe Last Dragon and The Jerk, Too, is behind the camera for this one, as he was for previous Arrow episodes "City of Blood," "The Scientist," "The Undertaking" and "Damaged."
