To help hasten the glacial crawl between now and Star Wars: The Force Awakens' premiere this December, one artist has taken it upon himself to create a new Star Wars comic for all 365 days of 2015.

George Folz is tapping into the Force itself to create one panel-comic strips of the galaxy far, far away. His project will not tell a story, but recreates scenes and characters from the original Star Wars trilogy , which began with a panel of Storm Troopers. Posting new content day on his Twitter account, Folz is another reminder that 2015 is undoubtedly the year of Star Wars.

So far, Folz has repurposed shots or segments from Star Wars:  A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of The Jedi, which you can check out below.

He's hit every day so far, so The Force does indeed seem to be strong in him. But with 352 days to go, there's no telling what content Foz might cover next. Perhaps Marvel's new Star Wars comic series, set between the events of A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, might provide a little inspiration.
