Marvel Studios' conceptual artist Josh Herman (Guardians of the Galaxy) has posted some of the Iron Legion concept art he worked on for Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age of Ultron.
After Loki and his Chitauri army wrecked havoc on New York, Tony Stark began building peacekeeping drones known as the Iron Legion. In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony uses them to protect citizens that are living in the area of where The Avengers are battling Hydra. Eventually, Ultron takes control of the Iron Legion and turns them against Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
