Fans of FX's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia will recognize the tune immediately as it's one the show's highlight moments. The song, originally developed for Charlie and Dennis' band, which later Charlie turned into a full-on musical, "The Nightman Cometh". YouTuber Albert Lopez figured there were too many coincidences between the newest Batman v Superman trailer and decided to make it a little more...chipper.
Sadly, no Danny DeVito as the Penguin/Troll for good measure.
