While panels for San Diego Comic Con 2013 have not been officially announced yet, Jamie Foxx has confirmed that he will be appearing at Comic Con to promote The Amazing Spider-Man 2. In an interview with Yahoo, Jamie Foxx had nothing but praise for his costume, working with director Marc Webb, and Sony in general. Earlier this year, set photos of Jamie Foxx as Electro leaked online, which show that he will be covered in blue makeup. Foxx was also wearing a black hoodie and jeans, but it's unknown if that is his final costume. In regards to the Electro costume Jamie Foxx said, "The costume is great. They were very creative with it." Foxx didn't mind the hours it took to apply the Electro makeup, as he appeared to be thrilled just to be a part of the Spider-Man franchise. Foxx said, "It's part of a remarkable legacy: Spider-Man. I mean, when you're growing up as a kid, you know, that's everything. So to be able to be in that is just amazing." The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set to be released in movie theaters in the United States on May 2, 2014.
