Marvel Entertainment is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2014, and they're kicking off the celebration with a 75th anniversary trailer. The trailer is narrated by Marvel Comics Editor-In-Chief Axel Alonso, who previews what the company has planned for the celebration, including interviews, podcasts, videos, and galleries featuring the characters and creators who have made Marvel the entertainment juggernaut that it is today. As Alonso mentions, Marvel kicked off its existence in 1939 with the publication of Marvel Comics #1 (though the company, at the time, was called Timely Comics), and has remained a staple of American popular culture ever since, especially in the 1960s, when Stan Lee and Jack Kirby began what we know now as the Marvel Universe in Fantastic Four #1.
