In an interview conducted by Disney/Lucasfilm ahead of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens panel Friday night at San Diego Comic-Con 2015, Han Solo talked about why he's so excited for the film, and his advice for Daisy Ridley on coming into the Star Wars family, saying of the young stars, "life as they knew it is impossible."

"It's a huge change in your life," the actor said he told Ridley. "You'll get used to it. You'll be by turns happy and delighted and employed, and then you'll wonder what the hell happened every once in awhile!"

As for his own experience and thoughts on the movie, he mostly echoed the same things he'd say later at the panel, calling it a "wonderful movie."

"We have a fantastic cast. We have the skill and the wit and the ambition of J.J. Abrams, a great script by one of our original screenwriters Larry Kasdan, and I was delighted to be involved."
