The Strain Episode 8: Creatures Of The Night

A new episode of The Strain, titled "Creatures of the Night," will air tonight on FX.

In "Creatures of the Night," after discovering the potency of ultraviolet light against the strigoi, Setrakian gains a new and unlikely disciple. A quick trip to a Brooklyn convenience store turns into a deadly all-night siege.

FX has released several preview images and video for the episode, included below:

"Creatures of the Night" is written by The Strain co-creator and novelist Chuck Hogan and directed by Guy Ferland.

The Strain, "Creatures of the Night," will air Sunday, August 31 at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
