A bunch of classic action/adventure movies are getting new versions made at some point in the near future, if they haven’t already.

Whether they are sequels, reboots, or total remakes, so many beloved movies are coming back to life.

Lucasfilm has revealed that Indiana Jones is coming back around, and that’s going to a big movie when it finally happens.

With Harrison Ford getting a bit older, there’s got to be a movement to pass that torch to someone else. They tried to do that with Shia Lebouf a few years back, but it didn’t work out well.

Fortunately, we live in an age where that kind of move if actually possible.

Why, you ask?

Because Chris Pratt is dominating Hollywood. Here’s why he’d be the perfect replacement for Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones.

Is there anyone in Hollywood who has more charm and charisma than Chris Pratt? Seriously, think about that for a second.

It’s hard to put your finger on anyone who comes off as more lovable, or more friendly.

People rush to the theater to watch Chris Pratt, and that’s because they feel like he’s someone they would actually be friends with. He’s got the charm – and the off-screen humility – to be believed in that role.

Part of Indiana Jones’ appeal was his ability to charm his viewers. He reminded them of a real-life person, who lived an extremely adventurous lifestyle. It was a unique character that people understood, and only Chris Pratt could take on that character.

Already Working With Disney

Studios like to use actors they know succeed, and it doesn’t get much more successful than Chris Pratt.

His role as Peter Quill in Guardians Of The Galaxy has made him the object of plenty of merchandise, so Disney knows he’s a bankable face.

The studio could easily reach from Lucasfilm to Marvel Studios and make a contract work out. His schedule would be taken care of, because all of the money is going to the same place.

Harrison Ford For A New Generation

Harrison Ford was the personable star that reached millions in the 1980s. He could switch between genres seamlessly, and found a way to make every movie he did a fun and exciting hit.

Chris Pratt is a twin in that regard. He’s able to make any leading role work, and he can make fans of all ages and demographics fall for him. It’s a seriously unique skill to possess.

Only Pratt and Ford have been able to connect people in that way.
