'Westworld': Listen to the Full Version of the Kanye West Cover Used in the Trailer

In addition to its stunning visuals, incredible character development, and twist-infused storytelling, Westworld has also become known for its perfect musical composition. This week's Season 2 trailer kept up with that tradition.

The new footage, which debuted during the Super Bowl, was set to a piano theme that probably sounded very familiar to hip-hop fans. When you listen a little closer, it's easy to tell that the piece is a cover of Kanye West's "Runaway."

If you loved this piece in the trailer you're in luck – the full version of the song has been released online. Composed by Ramin Djawadi, the "Runaway" cover is streaming on YouTube in the video above, and it's available on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, and other streaming services.

Djawadi has become known as one of the best composers working today, thanks to his legendary work with HBO. The composer created the ever-popular music behind Game of Thrones as well as the tunes heard in Westworld. In addition to his work on these groundbreaking shows, Djawadi has composed the music for Prison Break, Iron Man, Gears of War 4, and The Strain. Coming in 2018, the composer has written the scores for A Wrinkle in Time and Amazon's Jack Ryan TV series.

"Runaway" is yet another piano cover added to the Westworld catalog. The first season included unique takes on popular songs like Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun" and The Rolling Stones' "Paint it Black."

You can listen to the full version of Djawadi's "Runaway" in the video above.

Westworld Season 2 is set to premiere on HBO on Sunday, April 22 at 9pm ET.
