Reports are coming in that WWE's Jamie Noble, real name James Gibson, was hospitalized Wednesday morning after an incident left him stabbed and sent to the ER.

The West Virginia Mercer County Sheriff's Office told ProWrestlingSheet that Jamie allegedly returned home early in the morning from a WWE event after a long drive, and then left to get a snack while his girlfriend went to relax.

Upon returning to the Shadowood mobile home park, a driver pulled in behind his car and got out and accused Noble of cutting him off on the road. Noble allegedly apologized, but the two men continued to argue and he eventually took the man to the ground when things got physical.

Police officials are saying that two other men got out of the suspect's car at that point, and at least one stabbed Jamie. Once in the upper back and once in the mid-back/spine area, and then took off.

Sources say he's currently in the hospital, but no longer in the ER and his current condition is unknown.

Noble has wrestled for two decades for various promotions including WCW, WWE, Ring of Honor, and New Japan, winning the ROH World Championship and WWE Cruiserweight Championship once each.

We wish Jamie all the best on his road to recovery.
