Spider-Man Joins Disney Wonder Cruise Line This Fall
, then sales out of Galveston, TX to the Bahamas and Caribbean starting November 10, 2016.
The Disney cruise lines are constantly upgrading, adding new experiences, new shows, and yes, new characters to the experience. The Disney Wonder, one of their premiere vessels, has several new additions this Fall, including the Marvel Super Hero Academy starring your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!
Fans on the Disney Wonder (well, young ones, anyway, sadly) can take place in training missions with Marvel's heroes, including a mission with Spider-Man learning reflex, speed, and problem solving skills. They can also check out Captain America's Shield, Iron Man's helmet, Spider-Man's web shooters and Black Widow's gauntlets to inspire their own superheroics.
Young travelers on the Disney Wonder will also get to enjoy Frozen Adventures, including a sing-along with Olaf and visits from Anna and Elsa. Club Disney Junior includes Doc McStuffins, and Andy's Room casts kids as new toys, meeting and playing with Woody, Jesse, and other Toy Story characters.
Of course, adults will be on the cruise, too, and a new English Pub on the ship should keep them occupied - with special Disney flares to it, of course.
The Disney Wonder goes for a dry dock test run from September 9-October 23, 2016 in Cadiz, Spain (yeah, that'd be all right), then sales out of Galveston, TX to the Bahamas and Caribbean starting November 10, 2016.
