Duh-dun. Duh-dun. That's the sound of Shark Week, which has crept up on the unsuspecting populace once again. And for this year's Shark Week, the folks at Screen Junkies take on Jaws, the "best-directed, well-cast, masterfully scored cheeseball B-movies ever made."

The latest of their Honest Trailers series is fairly reverent to the film, but points out things like Brody's constant drinking, the number of sea shanties in the film, and the "invention of the unnecessary sequel, franchise fatigue," and other spin-offs.

Overall, it's not too mean, though. After all, Steven Spielberg is largely considered, as they say, "one of the greatest directors of all-time," the cast was all-star, and the score by John Williams is nothing short of iconic.

Shark Week airs on Discovery Channel all week long, and while it's not happening during Shark Week this year, yes, there is another Sharknado film, it's just airing at the end of July instead of the start. Jaws is not currently on any streaming services, but rentals of the film are pretty cheap.
