Entering its sixth season on The CW, Arrow is poised to shake things up after an explosive finale.
And though star Stephen Amell couldn't say too much about the new season for fear of spoiling some major developments ("I would get in so much trouble," he said), he did confirm that the Green Arrow would be getting some new tools in the fight to save his city.
"You will see a new Arrow suit this year," Amell promised the crowd at Heroes & Villains FanFest in New Jersey.
Green Arrow has had a few different costumes over the duration of the series. The last two seasons both featured new outfits for the vigilante superhero, though they were only minor cosmetic changes between the years. Maybe this one will be improved along the same lines.
Amell also teased that the character will get a new trick arrow for the season, much like the classic boxing glove arrow, which will be featured in the upcoming crossover with The Flash, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow.
While discussing his favorite high-tech arrows the character has used over the series, Amell said "I like the arrow that I use in the crossover this year," as reported by Autumn Kelly of Newsweek.

Rumors suggest that episode could feature either the Legion of Superheroes or the Justice Society, especially with Arrow EP Marc Guggenheim revealing what appears to the Sandman's gas mask on social media.
These were some of the only teases Amell was willing to give up for Arrow Season Six. He wouldn't give any details about the upcoming monologue to open the season, which has been a consistent part of each premiere, for fear of revealing a major spoiler.
Season Five's confrontation with Prometheus ended with an explosion on Lian Yu, which could claim the lives of many allies on Team Arrow. Producers have only confirmed the survivals of Juliana Harkavy's Black Canary, Manu Bennett's Deathstroke, and Katie Cassidy's Black Siren into Season Six.
They even intimated that the mystery of "who died" would last all the way until Arrow's season finale.
Be sure to catch the new season to see all the hints and be sure to put some money in the dead pool.
Arrow Season Six premieres Thursday, October 12 on The CW.
