This Is Us Catch-Up Marathon Airing On USA Network

Everyone mark your calendars, USA Network is running a catch-up marathon of the new hit series This Is Us on Saturday, January 7.

All ten episodes of the NBC series will air on the sister cable network USA to give viewers the chance to watch the biggest breakout show of the fall season.

The catch-up marathon will begin at 1 p.m. on January 7, and will continue through 11 p.m. on USA. New episodes of This Is Us will begin on NBC on Tuesday, January 10.

The hit series stars Mandy Moore (A Walk to Remember), Milo Ventimiglia (Rocky Balboa), Sterling K. Brown (Army Wives), Chrissy Metz (American Horror Story), Justin Hartley (Smallville), Chris Sullivan (The Drop), Susan Kelechi Watson (Louie), and Ron Cephas Jones (Half Nelson).

This Is Us has been racking up the awards after debuting this fall. The AFI gave the show the distinguished honor of being named one of the top 10 television programs of the year. The show also received a Golden Globe nomination for best drama TV series, as well as a nod for best new series from the WGA.

Mandy Moore and Chrissy Metz have been nominated for Golden Globes for their roles on the series. Sterling K. Brown was also nominated for a SAG Award.

Metz explained that she was shocked when hearing the news of her Golden Globe nomination. "My agent says, 'I'm coming over!' at 4:30 in the morning… I honestly wasn't thinking me," she said. "He was like, 'Chrissy Metz, "This Is Us,"' I was like, 'What? Wait,' and I started laughing 'cause if you don't laugh, you cry. Then I started crying."

Lead actress Mandy Moore said that she absolutely fell in love with the first script after reading it. However, she mentioned that the rest of the cast couldn't have possibly predicted how successful the show was going to be.

"But I don't think any of us realized that the show was going to find the audience that it has and therefore people were going to be trying to decipher and pick apart the little details as they come to life," she said.

The writer and executive producers on the series are Dan Fogelman and Don Todd. Other executive producers on the series include Jess Rosenthal, Charlie Gogolak, Ken Olin, John Requa, and Glenn Ficarra.
