“We talked to DC about maybe even calling the book ‘All New Batman’ because of how incredibly different things are going to be,” series writer Scott Snyder said in an interview with DC’s website. “This is one of those storylines that spins the entire mythology around. When you get to the other side, I think you will be pretty surprised and hopefully be like, ‘I can’t believe these guys are going there!’”
