Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed is making the jump from videogames to film this December, and, like with their games, Ubi knows how important the cosplay and fan community will be to its success. In the past, the video game company has given fans hi-res, close-up looks at all their costumes months before the release of a new chapter in the Assassin’s or any of their other popular franchises, and now they’re doing it for the film, too.

When Michael Fassbender’s character Callum Lynch enters the Animus at Abstergo, he’ll live the genetic memories deep within him of an ancestor and assassin. As he taps into the life of Aguilar, an assassin from the time of the Spanish Inquisition, he’ll learn the skills of an assassin that he needs to survive against the agents of abstergo in the present day.

He’ll also wear some really cool clothes and play with a lot of awesome weapons. His costume as Aguilar has incredible detail, with the classic Assassin elements and a special Spanish flair to it, and thanks to Ubisoft’s newest reveal fans can see every inch of the outfit, especially helpful if they’d like to make the costume ahead of the film’s release. The reference images include the detailed beading, his hood and robe, his belt sash, and of course, the signature weapon of the assassin, the hidden blades. Right-click and open the image in a new tab or window to see the much, much larger version of it for all your cosplay needs.

Assassin’s Creed hits theaters December 21, 2016.
