A couple of week ago, while appearing on Fox News to try downplay Russia's involvement in the presidential election and attack our own intelligence agencies, Donald Trump's adviser and former campaign manager Kellyanne Conway delivered this memorable quote: "We certainly don't want intelligence interfering with politics and we don't want politics interfering with intelligence."

Not long after, Trump retweeted Conway's quote and was heavily mocked for its phrasing. As an example: American novelist Matthew Dicks tweeted to Trump, "I must say: You have done a bang-up job of keeping intelligence out of all of your political decisions thus far."

Having been inspired by her Batman: The Killing Joke co-star Mark Hamill reading Trump quotes as The Joker, 5-time Annie Award-nominated voice-actress Tara Strong has uploaded her own audio clip (video above) in which she reads Conway's quote as Harley Quinn — a character she has voiced in the video games Batman: Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Knight, Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, Injustice: Gods Among Us, and Lego Dimensions, as well as animated shows DC Super Hero Girls, Robot Chicken DC Comics Special, and Justice League Action.
