Drawing the curtain on Season Three will be “My Name is Oliver Queen.” Series producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg drafted the episode’s story, which Guggenheim and Jake Coburn wrote the teleplay for.
The episode’s title should sound extremely familiar to Arrow fans. It’s the first line of Oliver Queen’s opening monologue that precedes ever episode of Arrow. Arrow’s third season has also frequently asked if Oliver Queen and The Arrow can co-exist. So, based on the episode’s title, maybe it’s Oliver Queen who will win the day? Or, perhaps Arrow is paying homage to another series about a self-aware do-gooder: My Name Is Earl.
