Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures have just released the second trailer for the upcoming Godzilla movie. With the release date of Godzilla drawing closer, the marketing for the film has been rapidly increasing. The last week has brought a new Godzilla poster, an Empire magazine cover, audio of the Godzilla roar, and an audio teaser of a frightened Bryan Cranston.The new Godzilla reboot pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence. Godzilla is directed by Gareth Edwards.The film stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson (“Kick-Ass”), Oscarยฎ nominee Ken Watanabe (“The Last Samurai,” “Inception”), Elizabeth Olsen (“Martha Marcy May Marlene”), Oscarยฎ winner Juliette Binoche (“The English Patient,” “Cosmopolis”), and Sally Hawkins (“Blue Jasmine”), with Oscarยฎ nominee David Strathairn (“Good Night, and Good Luck.,” “The Bourne Legacy”) and Bryan Cranston (“Argo,” TV’s “Breaking Bad”).Godzilla is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on May 16, 2014.
