Oliver Queen gets unexpected and unlikely allies in the season finale!

To close out the fifth season, the show is breaking from tradition. Typically, each season concludes with Star City and its citizens being put in jeopardy. That won’t be the case in next Wednesday’s episode, as Adrian Chase has taken the fight to the remote island of Lian Yu, where Oliver took his first steps on his path to becoming a superhero.
In his desperation, after Felicity, Diggle, Thea, Quentin, Dinah, Curtis, Rene and his son, William, have all been captured by Chase’s allies — Black Siren, Talia al Ghul (along with the League of Assassins), and Artemis — Oliver is forced to accept help from Thea’s father, Malcolm Meryln, and seeks out help from Nyssa al Ghul, Captain Boomerang, and his archnemesis, Deathstroke.
