Even though Donald Trump lost the popular vote by nearly 3 million votes, he won the White House and will be sworn into office on Friday, January 20. Since securing his historic victory, the President-elect hasn't quite mastered the art of being presidential and continues to fire off angry tweets at anyone that ruffles his feathers. Just as an example: to close out 2016, he tweeted: "Happy New Year to all, including to my many enemies and those who have fought me and lost so badly they just don't know what to do. Love!"
It's the type of ill-mannered message that you might expect someone to write if they are on the losing end or... they are a villain from a comic book.
On Saturday, Patton Oswalt's brother, Matt, suggested an app "that you can feed every Trump tweet into that plays it back in" Mark Hamill's iconic Joker voice. His "billion dollar idea" came to him after reading the aforementioned Trump tweet.
Once Hamill saw the suggestion, he replied, "As soon as I figure out how to tweet soundbites, I'd LOVE to. Nobody writes better super-villain dialogue than #Trumputin!" Shortly afterwards, Hamill — who has made his displeasure with Trump abundantly clear — uploaded an audio track in which he reads Trump's New Year's Eve tweet in his Joker voice.
