Worlds have collided on the set of Deadpool 2 as Cable and Slash have been photographed together.

Brolin took to Instagram to share a photo he appears to be particularly excited about as he is seen rocking Cable’s scars on his face standing alongside the iconic guitar master.
“Other than how stoked I am that I was born with the absolute largest skull in the Western Hemisphere,” Brolin wrote, “next comes the excitement that comes with the uber-talented, scruff mister Slash (and his lovely Meegan) visiting El Sarcastic and I on the set of Deadreservoir.”

Before jumping to conclusions, this does not mean Slash has any sort of cameo in Deadpool 2. According to the caption, the musical icon was simply visiting Brolin and Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds.
Let’s not overlook that last hashtag, though. It comes out to “Ryan Reynolds sneezed in his mask today which even he thought was disgusting.” Even for Deadpool, that’s just gross!
