Haddock had a bit of playful fun in her announcement, relegating Mark Wahlberg to second place next to the leader of the Autobots in who she’s excited to work with.

“I’m very proud to announce that I’m going to be in the new Transformers movie,” Haddock said in her video announcement. “And acting opposite one of my all-time heroes. Massive in the 80s, living legend, some people describe him as having balls of steel, I can’t believe I get to be part of his entourage: Optimus Prime,” she said with a smile. “Oh, and there’s this other guy that’s a pretty big deal, Mark Wahlberg.”

The joke, for younger readers, is that the way she described Prime could be used to describe Wahlberg for the most part, as well – especially that last line, since Wahlberg co-created and executive produced the HBO series Entourage, loosely basing it off his own life and career.

Haddock joins Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, Isabela Moner, the voice of Peter Cullen, and Sir Anthony Hopkins in the cast of Transformers: The Last Knight, which is in development now for a June 23, 2017 release date.
