The swashbuckling film will see Luffy and his team go head-to-head against a tyrannical, gold-loving despot. Watching the footage, you see see the Straw Hat Pirates facing off with a crew of assailants who have a bone to Luffy’s crew. The video starts out with ‘Dead Bones’ Brook taking down a few baddies thanks to his well-time puns and weaponry. The next scene moves on Usopp and Tony Tony Chopper team up against a hoard of rebel-rousing pirates. Sadly, the latter makes a few mishaps in the battle’s aftermath, and poor Usopp is the one left bruising for it.
Of course, the climax of the clip comes at the end when Luffy makes himself know. The leader has a bone to pick with Long Long’s invading crew, and Luffy is not about to let his offenses go. When the rotund captain of the Long Long Pirates tries to smatter Luffy with bullets, it doesn’t work in his favor. After all, what’s a gun to do against a man made entirely out of rubber?
One Pice Film: Gold follows Monkey D. Luffy and his gang of Straw Hat Pirates during a visit to Gran Tesoro. The locale is a wealthy, independent country where well-known pirates, millionaires, and more gather to find sanctuary from the World Government. However the country’s emperor finds himself overpowered by greed and ultimately takes actions to satisfy his desire for wealth, leading Luffy to fight back against the tyrant.
