EXCLUSIVE: Theo Meets The Penguin In New Gotham Clip

The “king of Gotham” meets a possible usurper in an exclusive new clip from Monday’s new episode of Gotham, “Rise of the Villains: Strike Force.”

The new clip shows the first ever meeting between Oswald “The Penguin” Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) and Theo Galvin (James Frain). A surprise appearance by a mutual “friend” tips Cobblepot off to the fact that Theo was behind the Maniax, and Theo reveals his plans for Gotham City’s future.
