First Look At Kim Coates As Officer Downe

The Officer Downe film adaptation has released its first official image of actor Kim Coates as the Officer himself.

Officer Downe follows a Los Angeles cop who is constantly killed in the line of duty, then brought back to life to continue his mission. Officer Downe was originally an Image Comics graphic novel written by Joe Casey and illustrated by Chris Burnham. Casey also wrote the film's screenplay, which director Shawn Crahan will bring to life in the upcoming feature film.

Co-produced by Image's Man of Action (a company comprised of comic book heavyweights like Joe Casey and Joe Kelley), Officer Downe is currently being ripped at the Cannes Film Festival.
