Gotham Season 2 Oswald Cobblepot is powerful, self-assured, and terrifying. The season's subtitle is "Rise of the Villains" and in this new clip, featuring Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) going to Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) for a rather large favor.
The scene shows a new tone to the series that wasn't present in much of Season 1. Gone are the cheesy puns (well, most of them; Sorry, Selina!), replaced by lines of dialogue that carry weight and drive the scene along quickly.
