Last week, Comicbook.com revealed that Verizon was teaming up with Marvel for a promotion that would allow fans to see three new Iron Man 3 trailers early in April. Today, the Iron Man 3 Verizon FiOS site officially launched online. While the exclusive new trailers won't be released until April, several of the other components of the Iron Man 3 Verizon FiOS site are already live. Fans can build their own Iron Man 3 armor through an online interface and share that armor with friends. The first couple pages of an exclusive Iron Man 3 digital comic book have also been released. Verizon is also offering the chance to win numerous prizes as part of the promotion. Registered users can win such things as a trip to the Iron Man 3 premiere in L.A. or the Ultimate Iron Man 3 experience in Barcelona, Spain, where they will be able to design their own Stark Industries invention. Iron Man 3 is set to open in theaters in the United States on May 3, 2013.
