Man of Steel Reviews

As the release date for Man Of Steel draws closer, more and more Warner Bros. executives and their friends are getting to attend early screenings. Of course, anyone connected to Warner Bros. can't exactly be considered an impartial reviewer, but it's still interesting to hear what they think of the movie. For instance, we know that Man Of Steel made DC Comics Co-Publisher Jim Lee cry and Russell Crowe thinks the film will change Henry Cavill's life. In an article in The Hollywood Reporter, it is also revealed that Warner Bros. general counsel John Rogovin has seen an early screening of the Man Of Steel. Rogovin sums up his opinion of the movie nicely, while also offering up a little legal sidebar. Rogovin said, "It's spectacular. The rights are going to be well taken care of here." Smallville Talk has also tweeted out what they heard people were saying after a secret Man Of Steel screening at Warner Bros. Here is their mini-review from someone claiming to have seen the movie. "The VFX were very realistic and the music was perfectly correlated to the action. You really sympathized with Clark and saw his character evolved. I will definitely bring my kids to see it. No, it didn't seem dark at all. Just made Superman feel more like the earth's first alien. Krypton was the epitome of science gone overboard. Lois is much stronger and heroic and an equal partner, as opposed to a damsel in distress. None of it was scary like Dark Knight or HP." Man Of Steel is scheduled to be released at movie theaters in the United States on June 14, 2013.
