Is Gotham getting their own version of the Suicide Squad?

Well, probably not — but Season Two big bad Theo Galavan is apparently putting together a team of supervillains broken out of Arkham Asylum for…well, something. And that group includes Jerome of “I could possibly be The Joker” fame and Barbara Kean, Jim Gordon’s ex-fiancee, per a new clip released by FOX and Warner Bros. Television.
