Is Ronda Rousey undefeatable? The popular mixed martial arts fighter has certainly appeared that way in her previous fights. It only took Rousey thirty-four seconds to knockout Brazil's Bethe Correia in her last fight. And that wasn't even Rousey's quickest victory.
Tonight, Rousey is set to fight Holly Holm, who may be her most formidable opponent yet. Holm is undefeated with nine wins. She's also a former professional boxer and kickboxer. Could Holm be the fighter to finally defeat Rousey? Or at least last for minutes instead of seconds against her?
If Rousey does taste defeat for the first time, will she put her fighting days behind her to focus on acting full time? Rousey recently landed the starring role in a reboot of Patrick Swayze's Road House. She's also been campaigning vigorously for a shot at playing Captain Marvel in the upcoming Marvel Studios film.
Of course, Rousey is the heavy favorite in the fight, so barring a major upset, she will likely be retaining her title as UFC Bantamweight Champion.
UFC 193 is scheduled to take place in Melbourne, Australia on Saturday, November 14, 2015.
